3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Free Shipping: We offer 100% Free Shipping across India for both COD and prepaid orders. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delays: While we strive to deliver within this window, Golden Islamic Book Store is not responsible for unexpected transit delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the buyer.

 

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched by our team.

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner and a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled or recalled.

 

 

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return Shipping Charges: Initial delivery is entirely free. However, if you choose to return or exchange a book due to personal preference, return shipping charges will apply and must be borne by the customer.

  • Conditions for Return: Books must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition.

  • Reporting Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a torn, misprinted, or incorrect book, you must notify us via phone call, WhatsApp, or email (goldenislamicbookstore@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery. We highly recommend recording a brief unboxing video as proof to expedite your replacement or refund.

 

 

6. Product Availability & Pricing

  • All books listed in our catalog or store are subject to market availability.

  • In the rare event that a book goes out of stock after an order is placed, or if there is an accidental pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund for prepaid transactions.

 

 

7. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of transactions with Golden Islamic Book Store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
